I called asking questions about a car and the customer service rep who did not know the answer to my question hung up within 5-minutes. He could not even relay me to a manager to handle the situation. Terrible customer service and poor Etiquette.

A buddy of mine had his car here for work. A client backed a car into my buddies car and didn’t say anything. After multiple phone calls and continuous hang ups mid sentence, they refuse to give information, talk or even pay for the damages. Definitely don’t recommend this place unless you’re looking for your car to be damaged and not paid for. Ridiculous service, don’t get how they are even still open.
Best place to buy a car no scams 100% honest real good guys all around got exactly what I asked for it’s like having a relative in the business!
