I brought my car into KB Auto Care a few months ago after the driver-side window got stuck, refusing to go up or down. I had already purchased a new regulator and motor, but the motor ended up having the wrong pin size. Thankfully, the guys here didn’t miss a beat—they quickly adapted the part on the spot and got the job done without any issues! About two hours later, the window worked perfectly, smooth as new. It's already been 3 years since I used this place. The oil change time at other places usually takes 1 to 2 hours, but KB Auto never exceeds 30 minutes, whether on weekends or weekdays, and checks for any problems with the car within that short period of time. Thank you for always providing quick and accurate maintenance for both my Acura tlx and Lexus rx350 vehicles, and I will continue to visit you in the future.
