We came in with a significant engine issue thanks to a dealer that required replacing the engine on our VW. These folks are reliable, honest, good mechanics. They won't oversell you or overcharge. I've had issues with the metal plate on my car underneath falling down and they just went in and screwed it back in and didn't charge me anything. They said that they could order the part but it's expensive and not necessary to the function of the car and this would do just fine so I could make up my mind what I wanted to do. I am so grateful to my friend for recommending me to this shop. I went in today for a state inspection after I had rightfully failed the first one. The first place I went to tried to upcharge me for basic maintenance that I took care of myself. It was a very disrespectful facility who tried to make repairs and maintenance sound scary and tried to intimidate me into having them fix the repairs.
