As a person that is familiar with auto service, auto body and paint "best practices" I can highly recommend Bob and his staff. Customer service was great as well. Very responsive.
This winter, got some scraps and dinks in my car. I had it worked on this past weekend to get it looking sharp for the summer. It came back looking like new. I was extremely excited and the cost was the best I had seen in the area and beyond.
I've had three different auto body repairs through HMA and my car looked perfect afterwards. The entire process was seamless and very simple, they even take care of transportation for you when you drop your car off. As for detailing, my car is over ten years old and not the cleanest, it honestly looked brand new when they were done! Love HMA!
My truck was in an accident and I went to see what Best Auto Body in Salem, Ma. could do to fix my truck. The people that work there are professional, courteous, and helped throughout the whole repair process. Great prices, excellent repair work, I would recommend them to anyone who wants their repairs done right!!!!
