the team was super friendly and really knew what they were talking about. before i dropped off my area rug, bryce answered all my questions about how the cleaning would work. they cleaned my rug at their shop in arlington, where they have special carpet cleaning machines, drying racks, and big fans. i like that they don't just use small, weak machines like some other places that only do house calls. my rug looks brand new now—no more old pet stains or water spots. i'll definitely go back when i need more carpets cleaned!

This is the third time I have used Best Arlington Carpet Care for my home. Each time, they have done an excellent job cleaning my carpets and upholstery, making everything look fresh and almost like new. My sofa is cream-colored and quite old, but after their cleaning, it looks fantastic. I also have a handmade silk and wool rug in my living room that needs extra attention.
