We got ripped off. They charged us almost $200 to fix the thermostat on our dryer, but it didn't fix the problem. They said they would order the part to replace the heating element and replace it at no charge. I've called them multiple times and at first they said the technician would contact me to set up a time to fix it, and now they just don't answer the phone (they use caller ID.)
They repaired my dryer by replacing the thermostat. It was broken again within a week. They assured me "100%" it had to be a problem with the vent, so I had another company clean the vent., which was completely unnecessary. The vent was clear. Best Appliance Services performed a 2nd repair after the vent cleaning. This time they replaced a fuse... and again the fix lasted less than a week. I called Best Appliance Service to repair an ice maker. Didn't think they'd be able to do it same day, but they did! Were very knowledgeable about the ice maker and fixed it promptly. Were here about an hour. Did a great job at a decent price. Friendly and efficient.
