I called Tuesday afternoon and got a call back within 2 hours. Described to Joe the issue with my washer and he was out the next day before noon. Apparently from my description he assumed what the problem was and brought the part. Had the problem fixed at a very reasonable price and was out and gone in no time. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We were having an issue with our dishwasher. The home warranty company dispatched this company to come look at it and diagnose. He was prompt I will give him that. He stated that he did not know what was wrong with it. Well that is why we called for service as we did not know either. I overheard him tell his partner “lets get this to drain and get out of here” like we were inconveniencing him. My frig wasn't doing so well, but thanks to Joe at Best Appliance Services, he was reliable and friendly and got the job done in a decent time. And better yet at a very reasonable price!
