Very upset that I cannot get anyone to call me back. I am renting a unit and I really need to speak to someone. Then they raise the rent without even a simple email and when you call them, the fellow on the phone is very rude. Don’t rent here. Come to find out a few months later. I’m at my storage facility and I have other tenants coming to me asking if they raised my rent like they did theirs without sending an email and then lying and say they sent an email so it’s a thing don’t rent here.
