We love the 24 access and the covered spot we got for our boat. Jon is very friendly and always available.
I rented a covered spot here for my boat and everything has been great. Everything seems secure and the other tenants I've met are very friendly. The Regional Manager for the company happens to work on site here and he has been awesome to deal with. I really like the 24 hr access and the fact I can wash my boat and trailer down in my stall after each fishing trip. Where I live in the area, the HOA doesn't allow boats or trailers, but this place is only a few minutes away, so it's very convenient for me.
I've had an excellent experience with American Mini Storage here in Port St. Joe. The facility is always clean, and easy to access, which makes storing and retrieving items stress-free. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. I feel confident knowing my belongings are safe and secure thanks to their well-maintained units and solid security measures. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, this is definitely the place to go in the area. Highly recommend!
Jon was a huge help and reserved our spot for our trailer over the phone. He texted photos of the entrance and our reserved spot. The lot was a life saver because our rental house didn’t allow trailers to be parked on site.
Easy access for my boat. We are down for the week visiting and had to find secured parking for my boat as a lot of airbnbs around here don't allow boats or trailers to be parked on site. I called this place up, and the person who answered, John, was so very helpful. He was able to secure me a space over the phone and got me set up with a gate code and even texted me some photos of where to enter and where to park. We will be using this facility from now on as we bring the boat down to psj several times a year.
