Jon was a huge help and reserved our spot for our trailer over the phone. He texted photos of the entrance and our reserved spot. The lot was a life saver because our rental house didn’t allow trailers to be parked on site.

Easy access for my boat. We are down for the week visiting and had to find secured parking for my boat as a lot of airbnbs around here don't allow boats or trailers to be parked on site. I called this place up, and the person who answered, John, was so very helpful. He was able to secure me a space over the phone and got me set up with a gate code and even texted me some photos of where to enter and where to park. We will be using this facility from now on as we bring the boat down to psj several times a year.

We rented a unit here over a month ago, which is paid for until the middle of next month. Arrived there late Saturday afternoon with a Uhaul truck full of stuff to find a padlock on our door. Naturally no none was working there on the weekend. No one returned our phone calls. Had to extend our truck rental by 2 days as we couldn't unload the truck. No one picked up the phone Monday morning, or returned any of our calls. Drove over hopeful that SOMEONE would be there to remove their lock on the unit. Another renter happened t... read more
