Would have loved to support a local family owned business but unfortunately they were very unprofessional and rude. They canceled at the last minute and didn’t tell us ahead of time that our area wasn’t in their zone. The lady on the phone was very disrespectful and even hung up on us. “Not from us” — we won’t be using their service!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to make an appointment, told them we lived in descanso and they said no problem. Said they would be here between 9 and 12. Moved all my furniture for my appointment. Called at about 10 to make sure everything was still scheduled and they said yes everything’s good. Then 12 came by and I called again and was told they aren’t coming because we are not in their “zone” and they only have 1 worker today so they are not coming. After trying out a few other places, Caleb came to check out my carpets before starting any work and gave me helpful advice on what could be fixed and cleaned. He also provided a clear and detailed estimate up front. My carpets needed to be stretched, repaired in a few spots, and then deep cleaned.
