Definitely 5 stars. Best Alexandria Carpet Care did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my room. Eduardo came over and shampooed my carpet, then steam cleaned my queen mattress on both sides. He also steam cleaned my box spring for a small extra fee. I was having trouble with allergens like pet dander, dust, and some leftover pesticides.
