My AC unit in the basement stopped working, and while other companies tried to push me into buying a brand-new unit, Ivan took the time to properly troubleshoot the issue. After several tests, he correctly identified that the problem was a faulty Nest thermostat. I had Ivan install a high efficiency Bosch system to replace my old broken one. His communication and timeliness are excellent. Good price with the tax credit and the system is running great. It cools down a large space in a very short time, and should save money on the electric bill. It’s a heat pump and it is supposed to run below freezing, so it should save on propane costs as well.
Best Air Heating and Cooling Plus did an amazing job installing our new Bosch air conditioner. Ivan’s knowledge made the whole process smooth, and the crew was professional and efficient. The Bosch system runs quietly, keeps our home perfectly cool, and our first electric bill went down by about $70! Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend Ivan and his team.
