I had this company "supposedly" clean my vents. They missed A LOT! If you need a manager to complain to , one will NEVER call you. They fail to mention the extra charges for the machine when you call for the estimate. I have reported this company to the better business bureau. They showed up late and did a horrible job. I Do not Recommend this company at all. 100 percent satisfaction is a lie. Hiring this company was a huge mistake. All they did was blow the dirt and debris into my furnace and plug up the blower. Not professional at all. Cost me a lot more than the bid. On the phone they promised there would be no mess. I had just washed all the floors and dusted everything. The house was going on the market the next day. When I returned the entire house was covered in black dust. I called and called and got the run around. They promised that someone would call me back. Best Air Duct Cleaning Appleto was contacted to assist us with their duct cleaning services. The technician and his crew handled the situation professionally and were able to clean the ducts.
