Guys, I'm not one to do bad surveys and down people's businesses. However, I had to say something this time because I was very disappointed in the results of my hair. For one, I called to make an "appointment" the lady never even asked for my name or number. This was two days prior to me actually going to the shop. Please dont waste your time and money
Best Braids should be called Worst Braids!! This place is very expensive ($200) and they use cheap hair (99 cents). The quality of their work is very poor! The ladies are very unprofessional. I got twist done there a few weeks ago and the twist were so tight that they cause blister and sores thur out my scalp. Also the twist began to come out after only five days. This place is a rip-off. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!
This lady is VERY unprofessional and horrible with appointments! Don't ever expect her to be on time no matter how far in advance you schedule the appointment or how far you drive to get your hair braided. I drive 2 hours after calling to schedule a 10am appointment on Monday (which I called to confirm on Thursday) and no one was at the shop when I got there. This place is a joke. The two that braided my hair knew they wasn't braiding it right in the first place. This is not a good braid shop. They are rude and very unprofessional.
