Best 1 Plumbing to the rescue again! My exterior wall to the garage pipeline burst due to frigid temperatures last week. I called and Shodd came out the next day on time and immediately addressed the repairs and provided me educational tips on how to avoid this in the future. He also recommended me to have Warrior Restoration inspect the degree of damage to determine if I should file a homeowner's claim, which I did not. Shodd came out to repair/replace my water heater after it burst. This gentleman was so friendly and knowledgeable. After he completed my repair he also referred me to a tree service company and their level customer service and workmanship definitely matched that of Best 1 Plumbing.
