Steve came to my home to diagnose/repair both my washing machine and my stove on 1/7/2020. I provided him with the makes brands and ages of the appliances and specific detail of the problems he quoted me a trip charge of $40 to come to my home and was able to come that same afternoon. He was prompt. He looked at the washing machine 1st and could not find anything wrong with it (I could not get to go into the spin cycle). There were red flags early, I should have cancelled my service request! First, Steve asked that I call him the morning of my scheduled service on my gas stove to make sure he could still come out to my house for the 10 am appointment. When I called in the morning of my scheduled appointment, he asked is it was ok if he showed up around 10:30 am. He did show up right at 10:30 am, made the repair, and was gone in less than an hour. Business response:
Most appointments have a 1-2 hour window. I was there and replaced oven igniter, which does not require shutting off gas. She calls me a hour later says there is a gas smell, so I came out again. the gas company was also there, he had a leak detector , and found no leaks, and my changing igniter had nothing to do with the gas smell, most likely from the burners on stove top, she mentioned that the burners don't always light. So, this negative review should be removed.
