The new bessou is nothing like the old bessou. I understand the space is different, but I wish they would still have some grilled fish.

Hi! Today I decided to try this place out as the line was long and was intrigued by the “Japanese comfort food” branding. I ordered the Japanese fried chicken with fries and spicy mayo. The spicy mayo was amazing but the chicken was very mushy and extremely sweetened. I also ordered a side of fries and found 3 pieces of brown hair!! I knew for sure it wasn’t mine as I have black hair! Overall I was disappointed and dissatisfied by the food
