One of our A/C units wasn’t working well. The only call we made was to Besson. They had fixed a problem we had after a renovation project. Tim came to the house, diagnosed the problem and had his team test and fix everything right. This time, Tim came, agreed we had lost Freon and reminded me of the change in regulations that has essentially eliminated the Freon in our unit. We needed a new one. We have used Besson several times and have had nothing but good experiences. Most recently our air conditioner stopped working and Besson was there the next morning and fixed our issue right away and for a great price. I highly recommend them!
