Counter person and parts pullers are very helpful. They had the part I needed, in very good condition just as advertised and their prices are very reasonable.
As a female, minority‑owned, automotive repair shop, we expect the same level of honesty and professionalism we give our own customers. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Bessler Auto fell far below that standard. We purchased a used transfer case from them that arrived cracked. The damage was not visible until after installation, which is when the failure became apparent. Good quality and reasonably priced parts. Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you on finding a great deal on the part you are looking for. Bought 2 fenders from them and they were shipped in a matter of time. I would recommend them and will definitely do business with them again. Darce is the man!
