A place where Dr. Therese Malcolm works or worked at CANNOT be good. Dr. Malcolm worked at Brookdale hospital in Brooklyn before and she was a real devil there. She hated everyone who was normal there. She made the lives of female Gyn residents a living hell...she lied on them all the time but she covered up for white male residents while setting up the black females for trouble. My Wife and I have been trying to get in contact with the doctor for the past 3 weeks in reference to papers we need and for us to speak to the doctor for personal matters, and the GYN is never in her office and her staff barely answers the phone as well as lies to cover for the GYN. We definitely will say to not go here because the customer service is unprofessional and the GYN is never there

This PLACE REALLy SUCK ! They are very inconsiderate of people health im assuming they only get people to get paid and after that it’s history all the young ladies are rude and unprofessional ! Even the drs all they do is lie !
