Very disappointing customer service experience. As tenants, we pay our rent on time and take care of the property, yet whenever an issue arises, getting assistance feels almost impossible. The amount of times you need to follow up just to receive a basic response is exhausting. Unfortunately, I had a very stressful experience during my bond return process with this agency. Despite arranging professional cleaning, repeatedly requesting comparison with the original condition report, and trying to cooperate throughout the process, we experienced ongoing disputes regarding cleaning and bond deductions.
