I cannot believe how awful my experience with Kaleen was. I’ve had great dealings with Besser + Co before, but this one person completely ruined it for me. From the start, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and downright careless. He didn’t listen, didn’t follow through, and treated me like I was wasting his time. Besser + Co have been managing my property for 3 years. They are extremely detailed and everything is done perfectly. They offer advise on rent and manage everything to make it a seamless experience. Every single items is done in the most professional way possible. I am absolutely delighted with Besser & Co and highly recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend this real estate to anybody! My sister rented through them for a few years and unfortunately she passed away very unexpectedly at a young age. I was the one to inform Daniel the property manager about her passing and had to organise everything through him. There was an extreme lack of empathy and they were just concerned with money!
