Hannah gave us excellent service
Incompetent staff (Hannah Scheetz) who take the residential tenancy act as a mere suggestion, or straight up dont know anything about it. Lied to me about my rights. Handed over property uncleaned and with rubbish left over from previous tenant, then refused to cover costs of rubbish removal, had to fight them to pay for it. If youre a landlord, they might be a great fit, not giving any consideration to the law or tenant. If youre a tenant? Watch out
I find the service provided by Besser & Co has always been helpful and up to date. Maintenance issues have been addressed promptly, and rent increases and releasing have been advised on a regular basis. Monthly statements are appreciated and are easy to decipher.
