Very good service. Orders are sent the very next day, other non-refrigerated units mat take up to weeks at a time if supply is short. They carry good supplies though, customer service is great, very professional and friendly, we have been with them for years and rarely ever have any problems. When we do, its taken care of promptly. Their packaging is also good.
