For the 2nd year in a row, my family entrusted Bess Williams Travel with our itinerary. And for the 2nd year in a row, they booked us with 30 mn layovers in O'hare or detroit. Both years we missed our flights because Bess Williams Travel does not actually think about what they're booking. They clearly don't understand that a 30 mn layover in a major (or small aiport for that matter) DOES NOT WORK !!!
