I have been a patient of Dr. Bess for over 8 years. I have always gotten compassionate and professional care from her. Dr. Bess answers all my questions. When I leave her office if I think of a question later I get a prompt reply to my email.

Would not recommend this office. Impossible to get in touch with. They have no customer service and long hold times when trying to adjust appointments.

Second visit with Dr. Bess. So much gets done; labs are discussed, meds are reviewed. She is pleasant, efficient and focused. During the visits I have the opportunity to voice concerns and Dr Bess listens and addresses those issues. She is concise and straight forward. If she sees a problem she says so, if not she tells me why it is not an issue. She knows what she is doing. That is why she is a five star doctor!
