Me and my husband was in town for the weekend, as a pleasure trip, we had a comedy show Saturday evening. He needed a hair cut to clean up his look. This was really just the first barber shop we found on Google that didn't require an appointment. Which was great; and we didn't have to wait long either. But ...maybe the man who cut his hair wasn't as experienced as the main guy. I don't know, told my husband he couldn't line up the front of his head without pushing his hairline back. I am reaching out to due being charged a cancellation fee for an appointment that was never confirmed. On Friday,I tried to book an appointment with Chase the Barber for 10am on 3/20 in Greensboro, NC. My appointment was never confirmed, so when Saturday came around as well as the appointment time, my appointment still had not been confirmed, so I cancelled the appointment. Now I am being charged a cancellation fee. How is this possible if I never heard from the barber at all?
