My favorite restaurant in all of LA. The owner himself was greeting folks as the host, offering free wine to anyone waiting. The inside is adorable and tasteful, the entire staff is amazing, food is stellar. Do NOT miss this place! And they have a Photo Booth!
We really wanted to enjoy our dinner, but unfortunately the food was pretty disappointing this visit. The chicken parm was dry with soggy breading, the meatballs were overcooked, the Caesar salad was very bland, and the lasagna was quite dry especially the ricotta. There were a couple of service issues as well. We weren’t aware that Coke refills weren’t complimentary, and some marinara was accidentally spilled onto my wife’s bag when the server was transferring the food to our table. Excellent Italian bistro type restaurant. The space is limited, but its an excellent restaurant right in the heart of Sierra Madre.
