I had the best experience here with Melissa a few months back! I made an appointment for an industrial piercing and didn't know it wasn't a straightforward process. She made sure I got a piercing that worked with my anatomy and wearing eyeglasses and I couldn't be happier with the result :)
Melissa did a few piercings for us today and it was a great experience. She took time and explained things really well. Very professional and very friendly. Would definitely go back to her again. The front desk woman was fantastic as well, very friendly and helpful with he jewelry!
After trying to find a place for piercings in Aurora with great reviews, I stumbled across Natyli at this location. She hyped me up for some piercings I was hesitant to get & did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and taking care of me. Not to mention, the piercings turned out great. Will definitely come back to her for future piercings!
Melissa did an excellent job with my piercing. Everything was completely sterile and well-prepared, and she explained the entire process thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable, took my care into consideration with every step, and ensured I was at ease the whole time. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the attention she gave to making the experience safe and positive.
