Had a great experience with Natlyi getting my second lobes and my first helix! she helped me come up with some good ideas to match different jewelry pieces and was really welcoming the whole time. I'm about 3 weeks out now and everything has been healing very smoothly with no issues. My helix is healing way easier than my first lobes that were pierced at the mall last year. Racheal was great really took her time. Made me feel very welcomed. Had a concern later about my piercing and she was prompted to address it and made sure I knew she was happy I returned with my concern (hoop felt a little too snug later in the day with certain face movements. She adjusted it and it was perfect)
