I've been to various massage therapist over 30 yes and was referred to Tanya after recently opening up after lockdown 6 I've been monthly Tanya is very good . Listerns to issues and spends time on problem areas.

Highly recommend seeing Tanya at Bespoke! She is so kind and lovely to chat to. Her massages are very relaxing and the dry needling always seem to make my problemed shoulder/ back feel heaps better after treatment.

Tanya has been treating me for about a year now. She makes sure to consider the small things, the towels and room are always warm, and always considers how to make the treatment as comfortable as possible so you can get the most out of the treatments. She knows a range of techniques and is able to prescribe and demonstrate exercises to continue improvement from home.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention that Tanya put into diagnosing and treating my issue. I was also provided with a follow up exercise program containing reminders and explainer videos of the exercises and the correct way to do them which was incredibly helpful. I'll certainly be booking in here again next time I need treatment.
