Dropped $85 at Bespoke Men's Grooming, expecting a premium experience, but left feeling shortchanged. My appointment started late because the barber, was running behind. I asked for a simple fade and to trim just half an inch off the top, but he took off way more than I wanted. The wash felt rushed, and I still had hair clippings on my neck and ears when I left. The atmosphere was more about appearances than actual service. For that price, I expected attention to detail, not a rushed job.

Dropped $75 on a haircut and beard trim at Bespoke Men's Grooming, and man, what a letdown. I asked for a low fade with a bit off the top, but the barber went rogue and gave me a high fade, chopping way more than I wanted. The beard trim was uneven, and I had to fix it myself when I got home. The place tries to be upscale with its bar and all, but the service doesn't match the vibe. I've been a Bespoke client for many years now (time flies!), and I enjoy a wonderful experience every time I step foot inside their space. Becca is an amazing stylist and person, and she works her magic to make me look presentable (which can be a tall task!) and professional. The entire staff is kind and courteous, going the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of and comfortable while you wait. The place has a cool, clean ambiance.
