Kai seems to just know everything there is to know about how the body works and how to help it function better. I’d never had a professional massage before this, but it is astounding how tensed up my body was previously and how Kai can find the problem areas and get them feeling normal again. Kai is truly a healer in every sense of the word. I started seeing Kai at the end of 2024 for chronic sciatica due to a bulging L5-L6 disc that I developed earlier in the year. After an epidural and facet injections and despite taking gabapentin daily, my sciatica continued to interrupt my quality of life not only physically but mentally. My first session with Kai was amazing. I have been dealing with limited range of motion in the shoulder. And have seen many other massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. Kai was able to get my range of motion back and almost eliminate all of my shoulder pain in the first session. I love their approach to treating the body and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be coming back!
