Kai is truly a healer in every sense of the word. I started seeing Kai at the end of 2024 for chronic sciatica due to a bulging L5-L6 disc that I developed earlier in the year. My first session with Kai was amazing. I have been dealing with limited range of motion in the shoulder. And have seen many other massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. Kai was able to get my range of motion back and almost eliminate all of my shoulder pain in the first session. I love their approach to treating the body and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be coming back!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Kai recently. It's refreshing to go to a provider who is COVID cautious, thoughtful and inclusive, and so highly experienced.
