Very disappointing service. We chose Be Sparkle because they were on the service provider list provided by ARIA, so we expected a professional and reliable service. We paid $700 for bond cleaning, but the job was not completed within the agreed timeframe and the cleaning standard was unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. They must have somehow got on the good side of property managers and got on their preferred list for bond clean. People would use them to avoid issue with getting their bond back, but they charge a lot and do not do a good job. I have done my own bond clean, and it was much better than this company's job for my neighbor. Positive: guarantee bond back. Negatives: they said they knew our building well (and were actually recommended by our management to use) however wanted over $300 more than original quote because was a duplex unit (knowing that it was a two bed). This was all after they happily took my deposit immediately and confirmed the date of cleaning only to then be radio silence and not provide confirmation of a time. The professionalism of a brick. I do not believe this company has the proper licences to be open. Not only did they not do what was asked, they tried to suggest that bond cleans do not encompass the entire apartment (when that was what was asked of them), and decided to pick and choose what would be done. Carpets were vacuumed, not steam cleaned and it is obvious they knew they weren’t doing anything properly.
