The professionalism of a brick. I do not believe this company has the proper licences to be open. Not only did they not do what was asked, they tried to suggest that bond cleans do not encompass the entire apartment (when that was what was asked of them), and decided to pick and choose what would be done. Exit report required that the tops of two fans and two air conditioners be cleaned as well as the bedroom cupboards get a wipe out and the top of a kitchen cupboard get cleaned . They charged $700
I reached out to BeSparkle for the clean as they were recommended through my real estate. I requested a clean for a single bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and a pest control of the whole apartment. The clean of the rooms were decent however the pest control was only done on the rooms cleaned. Which I will take in as a miscommunication and leave that there. Highly not recommend this service. Email is unprofessional. Not-at-all-convincing reasons to raise the price. Pity us.
