I usually dont make poor reviews with anyone but they refused to help us. As soon as we checked in we got a text saying the water would be turned off for "emergency" from 1030pm - 2 am. So we couldnt shower, couldnt brush our teeth, nothing. When asked if we would get some sort of reimbursement we were told no. The hot tub was not hot, and the freidge was making so much noise we couldnt even sleep. First and last time coming here. Poor customer service.

This site was not at all what was expected when you hear the word "resort" and $300+ per night. They never clean the room, never provide new towels, never provide toiletries besides check in. The room is in serious disrepair. Towel rack poorly glued to wall. Smelled of mildew/mold. Poor furniture, small tv, Tin foil on the range. Has a windows unit for air conditioning. I would not consider this a vacation destination. We have stayed multiple times, and we will go back again as we are in the area to visit family. I would not consider this to be a vacation destination. Service is typically a "non-factor" for us, as we are visiting family and just looking for a place to sleep and shower. The bed was uncomfortable, and they did promptly order a new "bamboo topper" for the mattress, and said that they would replace the mattress if necessary. Rates are competitive for the area.
