Muy bueno y bonito loved
The water view is beautiful! Heated pool and hotub available for guests. Kitchenette with a full size fridge, cozy bathroom, clean rooms and a tiki bar on the main floor. Very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and professional.
Terrible horrible experience & a rude manager lady. This place has gone down! I’ve stayed here 5 different times and the first 4 were good- the recent last one was awful! The lady manager with an accent has very poor & terrible communication skills & customer service.
Our room was very clean and well equipped . The staff here are friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!
Ok, this is an UPDATED REVIEW after our 4th stay here: Our reservation was for a 13 night stay. We found out that housekeeping services the room only once a week! Once a week room refresh they called it. And towels replaced every 3 days. I’m sorry but that is not enough. You could very well use a bath towel 2x but not hand towels and certainly not washcloths. Oh I almost forgot to mention, we ran out of bath towels so I had to use the pool towels they left on the dresser! And because they don’t replenish your towels, they do... read more
