My divorce was final in July of 2015. My lawyer pushed me in the direction of mediation, however I had heard some bad things about Bartlett Pollock & Besk so I didn't want to use them. My husbands attorney really pushed for this firm. Eventually I was pushed into it and it was a HUGE mistake. I expected Mr. Besk to actually try to mediate the differences between the two sides, but all he did was carry papers from room to room and make occasional comments.
