If you are looking for high quality customer service, this is not the place for you. I have a Kubota BX2380 that I purchased from this dealer five years ago. I went in earlier this week to purchase materials to service the tractor for the new grass cutting season. The parts counter handed me all of the items, I went home and changed the blades, oil, fuel filter. After I had added the oil back into the engine, I tried to put the oil filter on and it was the wrong oil filter for my machine. So, I had to come back to the store.... read more
