I brought my tractor to Beshears Tractor on June 18, and told it was a two-week turnaround for repairs. It turned into a three month-long ordeal minus two days with no communication. After countless calls and being put on hold repeatedly, I finally got in touch with the general manager, Jessie. She made promises to resolve the issue, but those promises were empty.
