We bought a new tractor & backhoe from Bushiers tractor in Oxford, AL in Oct. of last year ('22). We paid for a $5,000 implement which wasn't available when we got the tractor but Mr. Bushier assured us they would get it ASAP & install it. Mr. Bushiers was more than ready to accept our $69,000 check, but didn't get the part and now won't even return messages left with his office or return calls to his personal cell phone.
Bad Customer Service - can't believe they are still in business. I guess most of us want to give them the benefit of the doubt - but found out the bad reviews are true. If you see any good reviews - the employees probably wrote them. We have purchased twice from them - thinking the first time was just the person - we were wrong. All sales people the same - will not provide MSRP when requested, pretty much says if you don't buy "someone else will" - this is an old business technique 101.
