Never been to the physical store, but I order online a lot. My orders are always shipped super fast. I accidentally used my old address when placing an order once, they responded quickly to my email and were able to update my address before shipping. Their customer service was amazing! thank youu💜🥰

I've bought items from here before with no issue, recently I ordered demonias for mothers day bc its what my mum likes, however beserk failed to mention on the website that demonia is moving warehouses and all shoes bought from that brand will take 5 weeks plus to be shipped. Im not waiting until the end of June to give a gift intended for mothers day. Really shitty on your guys part, I was expecting it to be shipped in 12 days so it would be in time for mothers day.
