I have had many great online experiences with Beserk clothing company. Their clothing is unique and high quality with accurate sizing and items that look just like the photos. Delivery is fast and reliable, with good communication throughout. The customer service was excellent - friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, Beserk offers great alternative and fantastic products backed by efficient delivery and top notch service. Highly recommend.
Maddie and Lauren are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I ordered 3 separate orders and on 2 of them I paid for 2 express shipping fees and I asked if the 3rd could be just put with the other order. I was told no it’s already been dispatched… it wasn’t dispatched yet it was still at the warehouse. Then after I said I was upset about being charged 3 times for delivery I was told that they can merge 2 orders together but it’ll cost me an extra $5… more money to get out of customers!! I love this company :) they had this elusive lip product I’d been wanting for years in all the shades I wanted, with very reasonably priced, quick shipping to the US. Very prompt and friendly customer service. Thoughtfully packaged. Ordered my mom one too after. First (and second) AU purchase(s). Also love that they sent this festive little trivia for Easter in my parcel—with a tiny yummy candy.
