Our technician Amarion White was excellent, polite and very professional. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain how it works and even sent a video in case we forgot what was said. The customer service is really good and I would recommend Besco water softener system for your home needs.
Cheaper to buy water then at a store
Easy and convenient to get refills or deliveries. The ladies in the office are great. Kellie is always super helpful and knowledgeable. They are fast to fix a mix up or a bad bottle.
