Very professional and respectful of my property. He did a great job!
Customer service is sadly lacking. We purchased and had a softner installed on August 4. We had a 9am appointment and he showed up at 1030. We had no notification of why he was late and I finally called the office, no explanation was given just that he was on his way. This Monday, we had salty water from all faucets. I was given an appointment for today after his 9am .I told them we had appointment at noon .I was told as soon as he finished he would stop and it would be before noon. Andrew was super nice and took time to explain to us about the installation of our water softener unit. Very happy with his professionalism while he was installing our unit. Stayed touch with us while his previous job was taking longer then expected.
My technician was very efficient and courteous.
Our technician Amarion White was excellent, polite and very professional. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain how it works and even sent a video in case we forgot what was said. The customer service is really good and I would recommend Besco water softener system for your home needs.
