I never write reviews but how a company cannot offer tech support without a serial number is beyond me giving the model information should at least get you to tech support. Policies like this just show they are reading off a manual and probably only provide minimal help but again that’s an assumption since you can’t get help without the number. Terrible customer support.
Sales manger Emillo is totally rude!! I bought two machines, paid asking price, paid half down....waited 8 weeks for delivery and didn't get the proper slides AND....the machine did not work properly. BE&SCO would not come out and fix it!!! I had to pay for a tech to come out and adjusted the machine to get it to press tortilla balls to the correct size. Buyers beware!! Different guys running the show from the past.
We bought a combo mini wedge in 2002 , and we are very pleased with the equipment, the little of parts that we need, we always get them with no problem excellent response from sales, parts and Minom
Great machines poor service. Their extended service companies take forever to respond to repair calls and their parts and service people are rude and of no help.
