I purchased an item based on guidance provided by the company’s customer service team. Unfortunately, the information I was given was incorrect, which led me to order the wrong product. After the item was delivered, I reached out to customer service again to resolve the issue. poor customer relations and Very disappointing experience. The operator, Leyla, was extremely rude and spoke in a disrespectful tone throughout the call. When I tried to explain my issue, she kept interrupting me and showed no interest in helping. To make matters worse, she ended the call by hanging up on me before my issue was resolved. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable operator skill

I never write reviews but how a company cannot offer tech support without a serial number is beyond me giving the model information should at least get you to tech support. Policies like this just show they are reading off a manual and probably only provide minimal help but again that’s an assumption since you can’t get help without the number. Terrible customer support.
