Bought an expensive 3 way floor lamp that has issues with switch. Took it in to get problem resolved. Said nothing wrong. Turn the switch, sometimes it works other times it does not. The switch will turn without a light coming on next time it works. So, I guess that is "nothing wrong". Will not step in store again.

Was just in the showroom and I am sure it was due to Covid-19 but salesperson wouldn’t even look at my phone to see a picture of lighting I was trying to match up. Pointed me to her card and suggested I email her a picture. When asking about catalogs that group chandelier and pendant lighting together she pointed and told me what catalog I could look at. I recently purchased a ceiling fan for our master bedroom and couldn't be happier! It is so quiet and does such a wonderful job!! Not only am I ecstatic with my purchase but the customer service was beyond great. Without a doubt if you are in need of any lighting or a new ceiling fan, you must visit BESCO. The selection is much better than any of the local big box stores.
