Berzin Aesthetics in Burlingame is a complete joke. Their customer service is terrible — they never answer the phone, never call back, and act like they don’t care. On top of that, they still owe me a $300 refund check and keep dodging me. Feels like they’re avoiding me on purpose. I called multiple times during the weeks and even texted but radio silence, and the 2 times they did pick up they were always "having problems" and weren't able to resolve it then and there. The med spa is quiet and inviting. The staff is awesome, they are very professional and flexible with scheduling. It is really easy to communicate with all of them by text or call. I needed a medical consult before my treatment and they quickly arranged one with the owner who is also a physician. I highly recommend Berzin Aesthetics, as they provide excellent services and professionalism.
The team at Berzin is incredible! They are truly invested in your satisfaction and want to make sure you’re happy with your results! They offer a wide variety of services and their nurses are incredibly knowledgeable! The facility is super clear and welcoming, and they do a fabulous job making sure you’re comfortable and supported before, during and after your treatments! I highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for some non-invasive aesthetic treatments!
My girl loves Berzin Aesthetics, especially the Emtone treatment. It tightens her skin and makes her look even more amazing. Let’s just say it feels different too, if you know what I mean—very tight indeed 😉. The place has a great vibe—classy and sexy. The staff is awesome too, super vibrant and welcoming. Thanks, Boris! I came here to try Emscupt Neo for the first time. The staff was wonderful and Olivia was helpful in answering all of my questions. Both RNs that did my sessions were very friendly as well. I was happy to see results after my sessions which gives me extra motivation to keep it up with my workouts and better eating habits. Great experience all around.
