TERRIBLE! I went for a full prepaid spa day. Sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes (I was the only customer in the building) then was told to pick a color of polish. She soaked my feet for 45 minutes....only to let them dry and used a diabetic sanding drill on my feet. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get the manicure because I have fake nails.
