I had a terrible and very uncomfortable experience while picking up an order from Berwyn Tavern. I waited until a staff member had a free moment and politely asked, “Excuse me, is this where I go for pickup orders?” Without even looking at me, a man with dark hair responded, “Not with that attitude.” His behavior was strange and unprofessional, and he appeared to be drunk.
