We had raw sewage coming up in the basement and Mark came out within 1/2 hour and very quickly rodded the main line and had water flowing. Highly recommend Neptune and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

They took the money and ran. Apparently adults/employees need supervision to complete the job.
Their slogan is so true..."Where Neptune Goes Water Flows" They do fantastic work at a reasonable price and very timely. I highly recommend.
I used them in 2019 to clean out the catch basin and today to unclog the main sewer line during freezing temps and snow. No issues, no problems with service and work was done well. I will use them again when needed.
