I'm giving 2 stars because they were prompt and efficient. However when it comes to speaking to their "billing dept" - They're a little unprofessional. When the tech showed up to fix my fridge, he couldn't take credit card in person, so we agreed to do it over the phone once he left. I paid after he left over the phone and requested a receipt. It has now been 3 weeks, I've spoken w/ 4 different people in billing requesting a receipt, I keep getting the run around like "Oh we'll send it over once the technician turns in his p... read more

My fridge was blowing warm air so I called them up. The technician was here on time. He replaced a part that was connected to the compressor and it started cooling again within an hour. They saved me hundreds of dollars and they provided a repair experience that was great.
