Instead of helping us the peron who works there teaches us how to park on the street. Thank you
I came in for a scheduled routine maintenance for only 24k miles on my car. Nothing wrong with my car just needed the usual oil change tire rotation etc. They added all these expensive services and told me that I needed it. I also specifically told them not to do the air filter change. I later find out these services were not needed at all for only 24k miles. At the end my bill was $650 which was egregious and they still charged me for the air filter change. I will never be going here again.
My 2019 Kia soul been sitting at the Berwyn Kia since March 16,2026 still no answers on what is going on! No communication from them! They should learn how to communicate with their customers.
