Jude quickly responded to my heater repair request and promptly fixed the issue with our heating unit's drain pan by removing some insulation that had blocked the drain. Called to get a estimate, he came over my house I explained the problem and he advised I need it a new furnace total of $4500, I said I would call him to figure out what I was going to decide and I requested the estimate and the diagnosis, he never send it to me, he did charged $49 for the estimate. I wasnt too convinced so I took a second opinion , problem solved didnt charge me anything for a simple fix.
