Ruben recently came out to fix my heater, and he was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. I have to say, when I wrote my first review, I thought my experience with ac repair would be a one-time thing, but I was pleasantly surprised to need their help again! The last time my family needed assistance, it was really cold inside and out, and they got our heat working perfectly. Fast forward to Memorial Day—it was almost unbearably hot in Berwyn, and we woke up to find water all over the hallway from the AC unit. I recently had a new furnace system installed in my home, and I am extremely happy with the service provided. The team was very accommodating and kept me updated throughout the whole furnace repair and installation process. Edward was especially professional and always made sure to arrive on time. After moving into my new home, i found out that berwyn heating & cooling had put in the furnace, water heater, air exchanger, humidifier, and electronic air filter. even though i'm pretty handy with do-it-yourself projects, i decided to call and see if someone could walk me through the HVAC system and answer some questions. ruben came by and explained everything about how to use and maintain the heating and cooling equipment. he really took the time to make sure i understood how it all worked, and even gave me some great tip... read more

After seeing some good reviews, I contacted this HVAC company on a Sunday when I was having trouble with my air conditioning. They arrived very quickly, within the hour, and got both of my AC units working again. One unit had stopped working completely, and the other wasn't cooling the house enough. Edward came out, did a detailed cleaning of both units, checked everything, and explained to me that there was a leak in the system, so I would need to plan for new units in the future.
