Waited 30 minutes for our 22 week scan, it was very obvious the clinic had overbooked. The sonographer was unprofessional when he made comments about other women and the scan took 10 minutes when we were informed it was minimum 30 minutes to 1 hr due to it being the 20 week anatomy scan. Very disappointing experience and even more disappointing given the cost of the scan and my feedback/complaint provided was basically shrugged off.
I went in for a non pregnancy related scan. Staff were lovely. Dr Andrew was very reassuring and explained what everything was on screen as the scan was in progress.
