Really good place for fur babies.
We used the 2 dog baths, the one on the right hand side, the drain was full of dogs hair from a previously bathed dog, the dryer hose is split and couldn't dry my dog properly & the one on the left hand side took our money and didn't add it to the time, so we had to insert more money. We couldn't even hook them onto the bath as there were no chains to hook them onto. I think these baths need a complete overhaul with repairs to ensure that the dogs are safe in the bath and all equipment including the money vending machine so ... read more
We’ve been coming to BVH since our 15 year old lab was a tiny pup. Everyone from the warm and bubbly receptionist (we love Lynn!) to the vet nurses to the vets themselves are such a joy to be around — which is especially important when you have as many frequent flyers as we do! They’re always happy to answer my endless (and I really do mean endless) questions and absolutely adore our furry babies.
